Hi, we're PawLull. We sell calming and comfort products for pets, and we handle your information the way we'd want ours handled: collect only what we need, explain why, and never be sneaky about it. Here's the plain-language version of what happens with your data when you shop with us.

What we collect

Order information — your name, shipping address, email address, and what you bought, so we can get your order to you and send updates about it.
Payment information — handled by our payment providers, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.
Email address — if you sign up for our newsletter or our welcome offer, we keep your email so we can send you what you asked for.
Browsing and analytics data — like most stores, we may use tools such as Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, and the TikTok pixel, when installed. These collect things like the pages you visit, your device type, and rough location, mostly through cookies. They help us understand what's working and show relevant ads.
Messages you send us — if you email support, we keep the conversation so we can actually help you.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your orders and send you tracking updates.
To answer your questions and sort out any problems.

Who processes your data

Our store runs on Shopify, so Shopify processes your data on our behalf to power the shop — things like hosting the site, storing orders, and handling checkout. You can read Shopify's own privacy policy on their website. We also share the minimum necessary information with the partners who make your order happen: payment providers (to take payment) and shipping partners (to deliver your package). We never sell your personal information.

Marketing emails

You'll only get marketing emails from us if you opt in — for example, through our welcome popup or at checkout. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and clicking it works immediately. No hard feelings, ever.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and (through the analytics and ad tools above) understand how visitors use the store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the store will still work, though a few things like your saved cart may not.
